Helpful staff to assist with computerized self-check-in difficulties. Easy to access nightwear and toiletries (hairbrush, razors, cottonbuds) in our floor fronting elevator. Clean-smelling, cozy rooms with prefabricated bathrooms big enough to move around comfortably. Beds made up each day, yey!!! Very convenient location to all the places we want to go to, whether on foot or by train. We walked mostly since there are many things to see along the way in Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara area. Many places to eat and shop too. FamilyMart 24/7 at groundfloor. No prob with food there for each family member. You can load your Suica/Icoca/Pasmo cards there too. There’s also a multipurpose room for eating, waiting, working, reading or just lounging at the 2nd floor. It’s across the main breakfast room. In between both rooms are free for use lockable lockers for small bags and extension cords for strapping luggages in auto-keylock if you arrive too early for check-in or departing late after 11am check-out. For use only for the day.

Family of 7 on first trip to Japan. We booked a driver from Haneda to the hotel (129 AUD) - the best decision ever. Check-in was easy, and we had two twin rooms and a corner suite. Slept 7 adult size adults (most over 6'3) and children comfortably. The rooms all had LG dryers/steam cupboards, which was brillant after washing. Could dry the clothes. The split shower/bath was functional and one of the best set-ups of the stay in Japan so far. The breakfast buffet was more basic and catered more for the Asian market. There were enough options for us Aussies. However, by day 5, a little boring. Location to trains was great. 10 minute walk one way or 20 the other direction. We covered Tokyo's treasures and then Nara and Hankone. It's all really easy, and I would definitely use Google maps for train times, gates, etc. Seven 11 market on the bottom floor of the hotel was fantastic, and they have most things covered. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

Great location, short walk from Tawaramachi station which is along the Ginza line which connects you to Ueno, Kanda, Ginza, Shibuya areas. Takes 10 min to get to Ueno station and 30 mins to get to Tokyo station. Hotel is 10 min walk from Asakusa and Kappabashi area. Great to do a night walk in Asakusa to see Sensoji lit up at night with less tourists There are also many late night dining options nearby. In addition, there is a 24h supermarket (seiyu) at Rox and Don Quijote Asakusa is a 10 min walk away. There is also a family mart just downstairs of the hotel, and several konbini nearby too. 2 family marts nearby, with 7-11 and lawson also less than 5 mins away/ Room is not as small as I thought it would have been and has decent amount of walking space and space to open up the luggage. Toilet is not cramped as well. They make up the rooms everyday and change new towels. Interesting check-in system using the robots

What a lovely hotel. Very quirky! Love the holigraphic check in and excellent storage to stow suitcase upon arrival before check in. Comfortable clean rooms. Wonderful polite staff. I booked this hotel by mistake but so glad I did, the location is a 10 minute walk from the Sensoji Temple which is lit up at night and looks beautiful. In the day there is a bustling market place surrounding the temple. Ideal for mooching about. Many many restaurants in the area too. I loved the location it was perfect. Close to many train stations. Very convenient.

The small things such as chargers in the room and the very useful and reasonably priced laundry facilities. The clothes press in the room was brilliant and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The complementary toiletries such as a comb, a razor or a robe were very useful. The luggage drop off was also very well thought out and available on the day of check in and check out. The vac-pack was also very useful this was the first time I had seen this in a hotel.
